El Hot Metal Detector (HMD) 4.0 ofrece nuevas características (ver a la derecha) y funciones que optimizan los procesos, reducen el esfuerzo y ahorran tiempo valioso.

Los sensores infrarrojos Proxitron siempre han sido extremadamente robustos, libres de desgaste y mantenimiento. Pero nunca antes un Detector de Metales Calientes (HMD) de Proxitron había sido tan potente, eficiente y flexible! Gracias a su configuración basada en software, el nuevo HMD puede programarse y ajustarse de muchas maneras. Maneja temperaturas de respuesta de hasta 1.000 grados centígrados, las detecta automáticamente y elimina casi por completo las influencias perturbadoras.

Software

Con el espíritu de la industria 4.0, hemos equipado nuestra última serie de detectores de metales calientes - la serie OX - con una interfaz de software cómoda e intuitiva. Los sensores no sólo son muy fáciles de parametrizar, controlar y monitorear a distancia, sino que también están equipados con otras funciones inteligentes.

La serie OX dispone de dos salidas de conmutación, a cada una de las cuales se pueden asignar diferentes temperaturas de respuesta en la función estándar. Además, se pueden definir diferentes temperaturas de respuesta y de desconexión con la función de offset.

La activación de la función de Jump activa el interruptor de temperatura en caso de un cambio brusco de temperatura.

Con la función de alarma se realiza la auto-monitorización del sensor. Si la función del sensor se ve amenazada por un sistema óptico muy sucio, el interruptor de temperatura cambia automáticamente al modo de alarma.

Por supuesto, un gran número de parámetros de la operación en curso son procesados, mostrados y visualizados. Todo el sistema utiliza un MODBUS para la comunicación.
