Proxitron GmbH provides its web contents under the following conditions:

1. As a service provider according to § 7 Paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), Proxitron is, according to the general regulations, responsible for the own provided contents. Liability for material or ideal damages, caused by the use of these contents, is excluded, as long as there is no premeditation or gross negligence.
2. As far as there is a third-party content, the respective author shall be named. In these cases, the author of the respective content or the initiator is responsible for the content.
3. According to § 7 Paragraph 2 of the TMG, Proxitron is not obliged to control the transmitted or saved foreign information or to search for condtitions that indicate an illegal activity.
4. Proxitron does not own the content of foreign websites within its offer, that is provided via hyperlinks, and can not guarantee for the correctness of content, completeness or availability. Proxitron can not influence the current and future composition and the content of the linked pages.

The website of Proxitron including all its parts, like texts or images, is copyrighted. Every use out of the narrow limitations of the German copyright law is inadmissable. The duplication of information or data, especially the use of texts, parts of texts or image material, needs written approval of Proxitron before. The transmission of website contents to third parties for value is not permitted.
